We also expect it to shift to ARMv9 Hexa core structure and LPDDR5 RAM. A16 in iPhone14 will boost its performance up to 15 percent and it may also be more energy efficient.
CPU performance will be gained 15 percent by this architecture and GPU may jump to 6-cores giving a 25-30 percent improvement
